Aegean Reef Dive Rush

Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the basis on which reef dives, discovery sessions, training modules, and related services are offered. By booking with us or joining any activity, you agree to the points described below. Please read them carefully before your visit, and feel free to raise any questions with the operations team beforehand.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you have received written acknowledgement of your requested date, activity, and any agreed extras. We ask that you supply accurate details about your certification, recent diving history, and relevant medical background, since this information directly shapes the routes and supervision we assign. Places are limited to protect group size and quality of care, so early booking is recommended during peak periods. Any changes you request are subject to availability and current conditions.

Health, Fitness, and Safety

Diving and in-water activities carry inherent risks, and participation depends on you being in suitable health and honestly disclosing any conditions that could affect your safety underwater. Guides may adjust, shorten, or decline a dive where sea state, visibility, or a participant's readiness raises concern, and such decisions are made in the interest of everyone present. You agree to follow all briefings, hand signals, depth limits, and instructions given by our staff. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgement will not be permitted to dive.

Cancellations and Weather

Because the sea sets its own schedule, activities may be postponed or relocated when weather or safety conditions demand it. Where we cancel for such reasons, we will offer an alternative date or a suitable arrangement wherever practical. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so that we can offer your place to other guests; the notice period and any applicable terms are shared with your booking confirmation. We appreciate your understanding that late changes affect planning for the whole group.

Equipment and Guest Responsibility

Rental equipment remains our property and should be treated with reasonable care; please report any fault or discomfort immediately so it can be addressed before you enter the water. You are responsible for your personal belongings during trips and for arriving punctually with the details requested. We also ask every guest to respect the marine environment by avoiding contact with reef life, refraining from collecting or disturbing organisms, and following the conservation guidance provided during briefings.

Liability

We take safety seriously and operate to recognised standards, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, or damage arising from a participant's failure to follow instructions, from undisclosed medical conditions, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms seeks to limit any rights you hold under applicable law. Adequate personal travel and diving insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or applicable regulations. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that activity. If you have any questions about how these conditions apply to your visit, please contact the operations team before you travel, and we will be glad to clarify.
